JUSTICE publishes only original articles from a wide variety of legal disciplinary perspectives concerning issues in journal provides a platform for theoretical, empirical, and critical studies that examine how legal norms, institutions, and policies interact with social structures, governance systems, and civic participation. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, socio-legal theory, sociology of law, law and governance, constitutionalism and democracy, human rights and social justice, law and public policy, legal pluralism, community-based governance, civic engagement, as well as emerging issues related to law, technology, and society, with a focus on emerging countries. From its beginning, JUSTICE aims to expand and improve legal knowledge by providing an open-access forum for discussion. The articles published in JUSTICE are going through a double-blind peer review process and will be considered by the Editorial Board based on the review recommendations.
